Dr. Johnathan Canton

Dr. Canton obtained his PhD at the Department of Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida in 2012. He then went on to train in macrophage biology at the Hospital for Sick Children (Sickkids) in Toronto with Dr. Sergio Grinstein. Dr. Canton then moved to the Francis Crick Institute in London to train in dendritic cell biology with Dr. Caetano Reis e Sousa. He was recruited to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Calgary in 2021.
