Code of Conduct and EDI

EDI Principles

Our lab is committed to establishing an equitable, diverse, and inclusive lab community that is free from harassment, bullying, and discrimination, where all individuals feel valued. We strive to remove barriers that have been encountered by equity deserving groups. We are committed to building a lab where all HQP feel heard and supported and where diverse perspectives are recognized as essential for scientific progress. We recognize that trainees come with different backgrounds, abilities and needs, including balancing family commitments. It is our mentorship and supervision that must adapt to such situations and challenges.
