Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is currently being used empirically with numerous applications. Dr. Léguillette is performing clinical trials to evaluate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen chambers on horses. There is currently one center in Alberta that provides this service. The goal is to increase the knowledge of this technology and provide some evidence-based rationale for using this equipment in the field of rehabilitation.
