Booking UCVM Shared Equipment
UCVM has a long list of communal equipment available to all faculty and staff for clinical, teaching and research use. This equipment is available to reserve through the Cheqroom app.
- At the Spyhill Campus you can book: the clinical equipment, iPads, and audio/visual equipment
- At the Foothills Campus you can book: the research equipment in the Discipline Teaching Lab and shared equipment located in Faculty run labs
- Return the item in the same condition it was picked up in.
- This includes cleaning the equipment and double checking no parts are missing
- If something is broken or lost during your use of the equipment, you are responsible for informing the equipment technician either personally or through email
- All enquiries should be directed to ucvmequip@ucalgary.ca
- All equipment must be returned on time. If additional time is needed a new reservation must be created to cover the additional time.
