Room booking system for UCVM staff, students, and faculty members.
Welcome to UCVM’s room booking system!
The following rooms are bookable up to one year in advance.
To book other UCVM spaces not listed here such as the Dean’s Board Room (CWPH 2E06), or any lecture theatres, classrooms, labs, or atria at Foothills, Spy Hill, or WA Ranches, please contact ucvmrmbk@ucalgary.ca.
