Cece
Cece was a rescue around 5 years old when we adopted her. She was so scared that she threw up when we got her to our home. I wasn’t going to let her sleep on the bed, but I did that night, and she stayed there for the next 11 years, but we were inseparable after that.
Cece didn’t know how to play with toys; my sister’s dog taught her. She didn’t even know how to go for a walk with a leash on. We went for training lessons, and she was so smart and learnt very quickly how to walk, sit etc. She loved to go for walks and always loved the big dogs.
My husband passed away over seven years ago, and Cece saved me right back. She was always so happy and friendly, the sweetest little girl considering she was a rescue.
Cece’s arthritis got so bad at the end she could hardly walk, also Dr Andrea discovered she had cancer. Dr Andrea is a wonderful veterinarian, so caring with Cece and myself.
Cece, I will hold you in my heart forever and miss you every day.
